خطوة جديدة نحو بيئة أنظف وحياة يومية أفضل في الرقة.

عقدت منظمة بهار اجتماعاً مع مجلس بلدية الرقة لمناقشة المواصفات الفنية الخاصة بتزويد البلدية بـ 120 حاوية نظافة جديدة، وذلك ضمن مشروعها المتكامل لدعم المجتمعات وتعزيز الخدمات الأساسية في محافظة الرقة ومناطق أخرى في سوريا.

ولا يقتصر هذا المشروع على تحسين إدارة النفايات الصلبة فحسب، بل يساهم أيضاً في دعم الأسر الأكثر ضعفاً، وتعزيز الصحة العامة، وتوفير خدمات الحماية والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، إلى جانب تدريب الفئات المستهدفة وتمكينها.

من خلال هذه الجهود، تواصل منظمة بهار العمل مع شركائها من أجل مجتمعات أكثر صموداً، وبيئة أكثر أماناً، وحياة كريمة للأسر في سوريا.

A new step toward a cleaner environment and a better daily life in Raqqa.

Bahar Organization held a meeting with the Raqqa Municipal Council to discuss the technical specifications for providing the municipality with 120 new waste containers, as part of its integrated project to support communities and strengthen essential services in Raqqa Governorate and other areas across Syria.

This project goes beyond improving solid waste management. It also contributes to supporting the most vulnerable families, promoting public health, providing protection and psychosocial support services, and offering training opportunities for targeted groups.

Through these efforts, Bahar Organization continues to work with its partners toward more resilient communities, a safer environment, and a dignified life for families in Syria.

تواصل منظمة بهار، بدعم من AFS، تنفيذ مشروع "تعزيز الاعتماد على الذات" في الريف الجنوبي لمحافظة الحسكة، استجابةً للاحتياجات العاجلة للأسر المتضررة من الفيضانات والفئات الأكثر ضعفاً.

يركّز التدخل الميداني في منطقة الشدادي – ناحية مركدة على تقديم دعم غذائي عاجل يسهم في تعزيز صمود المجتمعات المتأثرة. وحتى الآن، تم توزيع 1,580 سلة غذائية جاهزة للأكل ضمن أربع جولات توزيع، استفادت منها 790 عائلة، وذلك ضمن خطة استجابة إنسانية متكاملة في المنطقة.

تهدف هذه الجهود إلى توفير موارد الإغاثة الأساسية، وتعزيز قدرة الأسر على مواجهة آثار الأزمات الطبيعية، مع ربط الاستجابة العاجلة برؤية طويلة الأمد تدعم الاستقرار والاستدامة.

With the support of AFS, BAHAR Organization continues implementing the “Enhancing Self-Reliance” project in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah Governorate, responding to the urgent needs of flood-affected families and the most vulnerable community groups.

The field intervention focuses on Al-Shaddadi area – Markada sub-district, providing immediate food assistance to strengthen the resilience of affected communities. To date, 1,580 ready-to-eat food baskets have been distributed through four rounds, reaching 790 families as part of an integrated humanitarian response plan in the area.

These efforts aim to provide essential relief resources, support families in coping with the impact of natural crises, and align emergency assistance with a long-term vision for stability and sustainability.

لأن الاحتياجات الأساسية لا تنتظر، ولأن كل أسرة تستحق فرصة أفضل لتجاوز الظروف الصعبة…

قدّمت منظمة بهار مساعدات نقدية لـ 1,180 أسرة من الأسر النازحة حديثًا والأشد ضعفًا في مدينة كوباني، بهدف دعمها في تلبية احتياجاتها العاجلة وتعزيز قدرتها على الصمود.

حصلت كل أسرة مستفيدة على مبلغ 150 دولارًا أمريكيًا، بما يساعدها على تأمين جزء من متطلباتها الأساسية وتخفيف الأعباء المعيشية في ظل الظروف الراهنة.

نواصل في بهار العمل إلى جانب المجتمعات المتضررة، لنكون أقرب إلى احتياجاتهم وأكثر قدرة على دعمهم بكرامة وأمان.

Bahar Organization provided cash assistance to 1,180 newly displaced and highly vulnerable families in Kobani, helping them meet urgent needs and strengthen their resilience.

Each beneficiary family received USD 150, enabling them to cover part of their essential needs and ease daily living burdens amid ongoing challenges.

ضمن جهود في المناطق المتضررة من الزلزال شمال غرب سوريا، أنهت أعمال إعادة تأهيل الفرن الآلي في ، أحد أبرز المرافق الخدمية التي يعتمد عليها الأهالي في تأمين #الخبز بشكل منتظم.

ويأتي هذا التدخل في إطار برامج بهار الهادفة إلى دعم ، والحفاظ على استمرارية ، وتعزيز قدرة المجتمعات المحلية على الصمود والاستقرار.

شملت أعمال التأهيل صيانة وإصلاح الأجزاء المتضررة من البنية الإنشائية للفرن، بما يساهم في رفع معايير السلامة المهنية وضمان استمرارية العمل بكفاءة بعد إعادة التشغيل.

كما تعمل منظمة بهار على إعادة تأهيل مخابز عامة أخرى في شمال غرب سوريا، من بينها مخبز دارة عزة الآلي ومخبز الكفير، بهدف إعادة تفعيل مرافق حيوية تضررت جراء الزلزال، وتسهيل وصول السكان إلى الخبز كأحد أهم الاحتياجات الغذائية اليومية.
As part of its efforts in earthquake-affected areas of northwest Syria, has completed the rehabilitation of the automatic bakery in , one of the key service facilities that local communities rely on to access bread regularly.

This intervention comes within Bahar’s programs to support , maintain the continuity of , and strengthen the resilience and stability of local communities.

The rehabilitation works included maintenance and repair of damaged structural parts of the bakery, contributing to improved occupational safety standards and ensuring efficient and sustainable operations after reopening.

Bahar is also working on rehabilitating other public bakeries in northwest Syria, including the Daret Azza automatic bakery and Al-Kfeir bakery, with the aim of restoring vital facilities damaged by the earthquake and improving people’s access to bread as one of the most essential daily food needs.

ضمن جهودها في دعم و للنساء، تعمل منظمة بهار على تمكين 75 سيدة من خلال تزويدهن بمهارات تقنية وحرفية مطلوبة في المحلي، بما يعزز فرص الدخل المستدام ويقلل الاعتماد على المساعدات.

وفي هذه المرحلة، تم تدريب 25 سيدة على ، حيث اكتسبن مهارات في تشخيص الأعطال البرمجية والمادية، وتنصيب الأنظمة والبرامج، وصيانة مكونات الحاسوب، وأساسيات الشبكات، إضافة إلى مهارات التعامل مع الزبائن وتسعير الخدمات.

يساهم هذا التدريب في كسر حول عمل النساء في المجالات التقنية، ويدعم مشاركتهن في قطاعات مثل #الصيانة و #التكنولوجيا.

As part of its efforts to support women’s and , Bahar Organization is empowering 75 women by equipping them with technical and vocational skills needed in the local , helping create sustainable income opportunities and reduce dependency on aid.

من #كنسبا، بدأت نبيهة حسين بليلو رحلتها في #الخياطة قبل نحو سبع سنوات، حاملةً حلمًا واضحًا: أن تطوّر مشروعها المنزلي وتؤمّن حياة كريمة لعائلتها، خاصة وهي ترعى طفلين من ذوي الإعاقة.

رغم التحديات، لم تتوقف نبيهة عن المحاولة. ومن خلال التدريبات التي نفذتها ، اكتسبت مهارات جديدة في ، ودراسات الجدوى، وتنظيم الوقت، والتعامل مع الزبائن، والتسويق.

وبعد استكمال التدريب، حصلت على معدات أساسية، منها ماكينة الخياطة والحياكة، لتبدأ مرحلة جديدة من العمل بثقة أكبر وجودة أفضل.

اليوم، تعمل نبيهة من منزلها، وتبني بخيط وإبرة قصة صمود وأمل لها ولأطفالها.

قصة نبيهة تذكّرنا بأن #التمكين لا يعني تقديم الدعم فقط، بل فتح باب حقيقي أمام النساء لتحويل خبراتهن إلى مشاريع تمنح عائلاتهن #الاستقرار و #الكرامة.

From , Nabiha Hussein Balilo began her journey in nearly seven years ago with a clear dream: to grow her home-based project and provide a dignified life for her family, while caring for two children with disabilities.

Despite the challenges, Nabiha never stopped trying. Through the trainings implemented by , she gained new skills in , feasibility studies, time management, customer relations, and marketing.

After completing the training, she received essential equipment, including sewing and stitching machines, helping her start a new phase of work with greater confidence and improved quality.

Today, Nabiha works from home, weaving a story of resilience and hope for herself and her children, one stitch at a time.

بالتنسيق مع إدارة منطقة عفرين وبإشراف ميداني من إدارة ناحية راجو، تواصل منظمة بهار تأهيل محطة مياه بعدنلي (بعدينا) تمهيداً لتركيب منظومة الطاقة الشمسية، وذلك لإعادة تشغيلها بعد توقف دام خمس سنوات.

ويبلغ عدد الألواح الشمسية التي سيتم تركيبها 320 لوحاً، ليستفيد منها أكثر من 5000 نسمة من أهالي المنطقة فور تشغيلها.

ويأتي هذا المشروع في إطار تعزيز البنية التحتية الحيوية وضمان توفر المياه للمواطنين، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز الاعتماد على الطاقة المتجددة لدعم استدامة الخدمات وحماية البيئة.

يُعدّ فرن كسب في ريف اللاذقية الشمالي الفرن الوحيد في الناحية، ويشكّل مرفقاً حيوياً لتأمين الخبز لسكان بلدة كسب والقرى المجاورة. إلا أنّه توقف عن العمل نتيجة عدة عوامل، أبرزها الأضرار التي خلّفها زلزال شباط.

استجابةً لهذه الحاجة، تبدأ منظمة بهار، بالشراكة مع منظمة Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB)، أعمال إعادة تأهيل هذا المرفق الأساسي. وقد شملت المرحلة الأولى إجراء تقييم شامل للأضرار ورصد الاحتياجات، تمهيداً للبدء بعملية التأهيل.

يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز الأمن الغذائي للأسر، وضمان توفر الخبز بشكل منتظم، بما يسهم في استقرار حياة السكان، ويخفف عنهم عناء التنقّل إلى مناطق أخرى للحصول على هذه المادة الأساسية، إضافةً إلى تقليل الأعباء المالية المترتبة على ذلك.

Kasab Bakery, located in the northern countryside of Latakia, is the only bakery in the subdistrict, making it a vital facility for providing bread to the residents of Kasab and nearby villages. However, it went out of service due to several factors, most notably the damage caused by the February earthquake.

In response to this need, Bahar Organization, in partnership with Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund (ASB), will begin rehabilitating this essential facility. The first phase included a comprehensive assessment of the damage and identification of needs, paving the way for the rehabilitation works.

The project aims to strengthen food security for families and ensure the regular availability of bread, contributing to greater stability for the local population. It will also help reduce the hardship of traveling to other areas to obtain this essential item and ease the financial burdens associated with doing so.
