تمكين المرأة وتعزيز دورها في المجتمع - دمشق, ريف دمشق

في أبريل 2026، نفذت منظمة دوز في سوريا أول ورشة ضمن أنشطة المشروع ( تمكين المجتمعات السورية في ريف دمشق: المشاركة المدنية، القيادة، والتماسك الاجتماعي من أجل التنمية المستدامة)، بمشاركة 21 سيدة من مختلف مناطق ريف دمشق (صحنايا، داريا، دوما، حرستا، زملكا، جرمانا).

امتدت الورشة على مدار يومين وركّزت على:
- القيادة
- المناصرة
- تصميم المبادرات المجتمعية

أظهرت المشاركات مستوى عالٍ من التفاعل، وخرجت الورشة بأفكار ومبادرات مجتمعية قابلة للتنفيذ تعكس احتياجات المجتمعات المحلية
نواصل العمل مع النساء لدعم مشاركتهن الفاعلة وتعزيز دورهن القيادي في مجتمعاتهن.

✨ دعم مستمر للعائلات في الحسكة خلال رمضان
ضمن إطار مشروع هيوا (HIWA)، وبالتعاون مع شركائنا Novact وبلدية برشلونة، تواصل منظمة دوز تنفيذ أنشطتها الإنسانية لدعم العائلات النازحة والمجتمع المحلي في محافظة الحسكة، في كل من: الحسكة، عامودا، درباسية، وتربسبيه/القحطانية.
وخلال شهر رمضان، نفذت فرق المنظمة التدخلات التالية:
🔹 توزيع 250 سلة غذائية (سلال رمضان) لتعزيز الأمن الغذائي لدى العائلات ذات الدخل المحدود.
🔹 توزيع 250 سلة نظافة شخصية (Hygiene Kits) لدعم الصحة العامة والوقاية من الأمراض، خاصة في أماكن السكن المكتظة.
تؤكد منظمة دوز التزامها المستمر بالوقوف إلى جانب المجتمعات المتضررة في شمال وشرق سوريا، والعمل مع شركائها لتلبية الاحتياجات الأساسية وتعزيز صمود وكرامة العائلات المتأثرة.

✨ Continued Support for Families in Al-Hasakah During Ramadan
Under the HIWA Project, and in partnership with Novact and the Barcelona Municipality, DOZ Organization continues implementing humanitarian activities to support displaced families and host communities across Al-Hasakah Governorate, including Al-Hasakah, Amuda, Darbasiyah, and Tirbespiyeh/Al-Qahtaniyah.
During the holy month of Ramadan, DOZ teams carried out the following interventions:
🔹 Distribution of 250 food baskets (Ramadan baskets) to strengthen food security for low-income families.
🔹 Distribution of 250 hygiene kits to promote public health and prevent disease, especially in overcrowded living conditions.
DOZ remains committed to supporting affected communities in Northeast Syria, working with partners to meet urgent needs and enhance resilience and dignity.

Di çarçoveya Projeya HIWA de, û bi hevkariya şerîkên me Novact û Şaredariya Barcelona, Rêxistina DOZ berdewam d**e ku çalakiyên xwe yên mirovahî li parêzgeha Hesekê pêk bîne, li herêmên: Hesekê, Amûdê, Dirbêsiyê û Tirbespiyê/Qehtanîyê.

Under the HIWA Project, and with the generous support of our partners Novact and the Barcelona Municipality, DOZ Organization continues its humanitarian efforts to support displaced families and vulnerable communities in Kobani.
This week, our teams successfully implemented:
