:خلال اليومين تعرفنا على أنواع القيادة من خلال محطتين

1. Grow Deep: القيادة الداخلية
عاشو الدليلات فترة تأمل واكتشاف قيم ومبادئ ،يلي هنن الجذور يلي بتعطينا الثبات, وتعرفنا على ٥ أنماط قيادية نعيشها بلا وعي، وكيف نطورها كقائدات.

2. Fly High: القيادة نحو التأثير
تعلمنا كيف نرتفع بأهدافنا ونترك أثراً حقيقي حوالينا من خلال "القيادة من أجل التأثير".


"Grow Deep, Fly High" - Developmental Overnight for Al-Dalilat Branch

Over two days, we learned about leadership types through two stations:

1. Grow Deep: Inner Leadership
The members experienced a period of reflection and discovering values and principles that form the roots giving us stability. We learned about 5 leadership patterns we unconsciously live by and how to develop them as female leaders.
2. Fly High: Impact-driven Leadership
We learned how to elevate our goals and leave a genuine impact around us through "Leadership for Impact."

We experienced the excitement of trace tracking with our mothers through a variety of scouting games and challenges.

"We implemented the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts' Global Program for World Thinking Day 2025, tailored to each age group. We also shared highlights from our meeting with Troop 77, as well as highlights from their meeting in Latakia ."

سهرة من تحضير فرع الزهرات

اليوم الخامس: فرصة
" الحياة دايما بتقدم فرص وقت نكون محتاجينا ... تمسكوا فيها منيح و لا تترددوا ...."
