يسرّنا إطلاق فرصة جديدة ضمن برنامج تدريب المدربين، بهدف تعزيز المشاركة المدنية وترسيخ ثقافة الحوار العام الشامل بين الشباب السوري.
باب التقديم مفتوح أمام السوريين من جميع المناطق والخلفيات، ممن لديهم اهتمام حقيقي بالحوار العام، والمشاركة المدنية، والمساهمة الفاعلة في النقاشات التي تسهم في رسم مستقبل سوريا.
سيتلقى المشاركون تدريبًا في:
- المناظرة، والتحدث أمام الجمهور، وأساليب التيسير
- التفكير النقدي، والتحقق من المعلومات
- تطوير المهارات اللازمة لإشراك الأفراد السوريين للمشاركة في برامج مناظرة
وكجزء من البرنامج، سيُطلب من المشاركين تطبيق ما تعلموه من خلال تنفيذ ثلاث ورشات تدريبية للشباب داخل سوريا. وسيشارك الشباب الذين يتم تدريبهم لاحقًا في مناظرات تُعقد عبر منصات ،التواصل الاجتماعي وفي صيغ تلفزيونية ضمن مبادرة “جيل الجاي” في لبنان.
نشجع المهتمين والمؤهلين على التقديم والمساهمة في تعزيز فضاء عام أكثر شمولًا وتشاركية في سوريا.

Training of Trainers Opportunity for Syrian Youth | فرصة تدريب مدربين للشباب السوري
The Munathara Initiative is excited to launch a new Training of Trainers (TOT) opportunity aimed at strengthening civic engagement and fostering inclusive public discourse among Syrian youth.
This program is open to Syrians from all regions and backgrounds who are interested in public dialogue, civic participation, and contributing meaningfully to conversations shaping Syria’s future.
Participants will receive training in:
- Debate, public speaking, and facilitation
- Media literacy, critical thinking, and fact-checking
- The skills needed to become certified trainers
As part of the program, participants will deliver three training workshops for youth inside Syria. The youth trained through these workshops will later take part in debates held on social media platforms and in televised formats under the “Jel Al Jay” initiative in Lebanon. We encourage interested and qualified candidates to apply and contribute to building a more inclusive and participatory public sphere in Syria.
