نبارك لمرضى الناعور يومهم العالمي – 17 نيسان 🩸

العلاج المستمر هو أساس حياة مستقرة لمرضى الهيموفيليا،
والانتظام به يساعد على تجنب المضاعفات،ويحمي من الوصول إلى إعاقة يمكن الوقاية منها.

الوعي… هو الخطوة الأولى نحو حياة أفضل.

نفخر في الجمعية السورية لمرضى الناعور بمشاركة الدكتورة تهاني علي، رئيسة مجلس إدارة الجمعية، في أكاديمية المناصرة PACT التابعة للاتحاد العالمي للهيموفيليا.

من خلال هذه المشاركة، عملت الدكتورة تهاني على تطوير مبادرات تهدف إلى كشف الميل للنزف بوسيلة بسيطة و غير مكلفه قبل العمليات الجراحية والإجراءات الطبية، والمساهمة في تعزيز مستوى الرعاية الصحية لمرضى اضطرابات النزف في سوريا.

إن هذا الإنجاز يعكس التزام الجمعية المستمر بالدفاع عن حقوق المرضى وتحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية لهم



‏We are proud at the Syrian Association for Hemophilia Patients of the participation of Dr. Tahani Ali, Chairwoman of the Association’s Board of Directors, in the PACT Advocacy Academy of the World Federation of Hemophilia.

‏Through this participation, Dr. Tahani worked on developing initiatives aimed at detecting bleeding tendency through a simple and low-cost method before surgical operations and medical procedures, and contributing to enhancing the level of healthcare for patients with bleeding disorders in Syria.

‏This achievement reflects the Association’s continuous commitment to advocating for patients’ rights and improving the quality of healthcare provided to them

Tahani Ali, MD, founder of the Syrian Hemophilia Society, is making strides in care through the WFH PACT Advocacy Academy.

Her work promoting the Bleeding Assessment Tool (BAT) is helping hospitals in Damascus improve surgical safety. With nearly two decades of advocacy, her impact is proof that persistence leads to progress.

كتير ناس بتسأل: شو بيميز مرضى الناعور عن غيرهم؟

الجواب بسيط… هنّي أبطال بصمت…

مرضهم مو معروف عند الناس..

وقليل كتير اللي بيعرف شو يعني مرضهم.

أبسط ألم أو إصابة ممكن تكون خطر حقيقي بيهدد حياة مرضى ناعور، وخصوصا بظل صعوبة تأمين الدواء الهم..

وبالرغم من هالشيء..

كل يوم عم ينجحوا، يدرسوا، يشتغلوا، ويكملوا حياتهم بقوة وإصرار.

مرضى الناعور مو بس حالة مرضية… هنّي قصة شجاعة يومية رغم كل الصعوبات🤍



Many people ask: What makes hemophilia patients different from others?

The answer is simple… they are silent heroes…

Their illness is not widely known among people..

And very few truly understand what their condition means.

The simplest pain or injury can be a real danger that threatens the lives of hemophilia patients, especially with the difficulty of securing their medication..

Despite all that..

Every day they succeed, study, work, and continue their lives with strength and determination.

Hemophilia patients are not just a medical condition… they are a story of daily courage despite all the difficulties 🤍

“رحت على المشفى… بس الأطباء ما صدّقوني، وطلبوا صور شعاعية وتحاليل.”

هي من أكثر الرسائل الي بتوصلنا…

كثير من مرضى الناعور يُطلب منهم إثبات النزف عبر إجراءات وتحاليل إضافية، رغم أن حالتهم إسعافية ولا تحتمل التأخير.

مريض الناعور لا يقصد المشفى إلا عند الحاجة الحقيقية.

الاستماع له، والثقة بخبرته بجسده، قد تحميه من مضاعفات خطيرة.

معاً من أجل استجابة أسرع ورعاية أكثر إنسانية لمرضى اضطرابات النزفية.



“I went to the hospital… but the doctors didn’t believe me, and they asked for imaging and lab tests.”

This is one of the most common messages we receive…

Many people with hemophilia are asked to prove their bleeding through additional procedures and tests, even though their condition is urgent and cannot tolerate delays.

A person with hemophilia does not go to the hospital unless there is a real need.

Listening to them and trusting their experience with their own body may protect them from serious complications.

Together for a faster response and more compassionate care for people with bleeding disorders.

"توفي ابني… لأن الدواء لم يكن متوفراً."

أم وائل ليست حالة استثنائية… هي واحدة من عشرات الأمهات اللواتي يعشن كل يوم تحت تهديد الخوف.

مرض الناعور ليس حكماً بالموت… لكن غياب الدواء قد يحوله إلى كارثة في لحظة.

أي إصابة بسيطة…

أي سقوط عابر أثناء اللعب…

قد يتحول إلى نزيف لا يتوقف.

الخطر الحقيقي ليس المرض… بل نقص العلاج.

اليوم، أم وائل تشارك قصتها لتقول بصوت كل أم: لا تتركوا أطفالنا وحدهم.

دعمك قد يكون الفارق بين الحياة والموت.

قف إلى جانب مرضى الناعور في سوريا، حتى لا تضطر أم أخرى أن تقول: "كان عندي طفل…"

‏Umm Wael’s story is not an isolated tragedy.

‏Hemophilia is not meant to be a death sentence.
‏But without access to treatment, a manageable condition can become a life-threatening crisis in a matter of moments.

‏The real danger is not the disease itself.
‏It is the absence of life-saving treatment.

أهل يسعون لتأمين الأمان لأطفالهم، واولاد يكبرون مع تحديات مرضية لا يراها كثيرون.

مرضى الناعور ليسوا أرقاماً في الإحصائيات، بل انهم أشخاص يحتاجون لدعمكم ، ووعي مجتمعي اكبر .. واهتمام مستمر بحالتهم الصحية..

Since 2006, the Syrian Hemophilia Society has been a voice and a support for patients, through partnerships focused on raising awareness and improving access to treatment.

الجمعية السورية لمرضى الناعور..

تأسست الجمعية منذ 20 عاما وكان قرار الاشهار بتاريخ 2006 انطلاقا من الحاجة الحقيقية لدعم مرضى الناعور وعائلاتهم في سوريا..

بدأت الجمعية رحلتها لتكون صوتاً يخبر المجتمع بمعاناة مرضى الناعور في سوريا..

ولتكون مساحة آمنة لهم ولأسرهم، ولكي نقدم لهم الدعم والرعاية في رحلتهم مع المرض..

معًا بدأنا… وما زلنا نكمل الطريق 🤍

Syrian Hemophilia Society

The society was established 20 years ago and was officially registered in 2006, in response to a real need to support hemophilia patients and their families in Syria.

The society began its journey to be a voice that shares the suffering of hemophilia patients in Syria with the community,

and to serve as a safe space for patients and their families, providing support and care throughout their journey with the disease.

Together, we began… and we continue the journey 🤍
