يمثل انتقال سوريا نحو اقتصاد أكثر اخضراراً فرصة لخلق وظائف جديدة، وتنمية المهارات، ودعم التعافي الصناعي.
هذا الأسبوع، عملت منظمة العمل الدولية بالشراكة مع وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، ووزارة الطاقة، والشركاء الوطنيين على تعزيز من خلال الحوار بشأن السياسات وتنمية المهارات. وبالتوازي مع النقاشات حول الطاقة، وفرص العمل، والقدرة التنافسية للصناعة، أعلنت المنظمة عن خطط لتدريب 1,000 عامل على المهارات الخضراء دعماً للاستثمارات المرتقبة في قطاع الطاقة المتجددة.
ومن خلال ربط الاستثمارات في الطاقة المتجددة بتنمية مهارات القوى العاملة، تهدف هذه المبادرات إلى ضمان أن يسهم الانتقال في توفير فرص عمل لائقة، وتعزيز تنافسية المؤسسات، ودعم اقتصاد أكثر مرونة وشمولاً، بما يضمن عدم ترك أحد خلف الركب.
Syria's transition to a greener economy is creating new opportunities for jobs, skills and industrial recovery.
This week, the ILO Arab States - منظمة العمل الدولية، المكتب الاقليمي للدول العربية partnered with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, the Ministry of Energy and national stakeholders to advance a through policy dialogue and skills development. Alongside discussions on energy, jobs and industrial competitiveness, the ILO announced plans to equip 1,000 workers with green skills to support upcoming renewable energy investments.
By connecting renewable energy investments with workforce development, these initiatives aim to ensure the transition creates decent work, strengthens enterprises and supports a more resilient and inclusive economy—leaving no one behind.
