انطلاق برنامج تدريب "وَلِّد فكرة مشروعك" (GYB) لأول مرة في سورية

انطلقت اليوم فعاليات الدورة التدريبية "ولّد فكرة مشروعك" (Generate Your Business – GYB) التي تنفّذها الجمعية الشبابية السورية للتنمية في المعهد العالي لإدارة الأعمال (HIBA) في دمشق ممثلة بالمدرب أ. محمود الخالد ووزارة الزراعة ممثلة ب د. انتصار الجباوي. ضمن إطار البرنامج العالمي "ابدأ وحسّن مشروعك" (Start and Improve Your Business – SIYB) والمعتمد دولياً من منظمة العمل الدولية (ILO).

يهدف التدريب إلى تمكين المشاركين من توليد أفكار مشاريع قابلة للتنفيذ، وتعزيز مهاراتهم الريادية عبر منهجيات عملية تساهم في دخولهم عالم الأعمال بثقة. ويُعد برنامج SIYB أحد أبرز البرامج الدولية في دعم روّاد الأعمال وأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة، لما يقدّمه من أدوات عملية لخلق فرص عمل مستدامة.

ويشارك في الدورة عدد من الشباب والشابات ممن يمتلكون أفكار مشاريع أولية، ويسعون لتطويرها وتحويلها إلى مشاريع اقتصادية ناجحة، وذلك من خلال جلسات تفاعلية وتمارين تطبيقية موجّهة نحو تحليل المشكلات والفرص في السوق، ودعم مبادراتهم في إطلاق مشاريع تسهم في تعزيز التنمية المحلية..

“Weaving Hope”
ILO is supporting the Textile and Garment sector in Syria in close collaboration with Aleppo and Damascus Chambers of Industry.
This time we were present with more than 400 companies in the Textile and Garment exhibition organized between 12-15 September 2025

The ILO’s "Weaving Hope" project was showcased at the Khan Al-Harir Motex Exhibition, highlighting its impact on Syria’s garment and textile sector.
