أنهت مؤسسة نساء الأمل للتنمية بالشراكة مع شبكة المرأة السورية ،تدريباً مكثفاً استهدف 50 معلماً/ة في 9 مدارس من عفرين وريفها، لتعزيز قدراتهم في دعم الصحة النفسية للطلاب وبناء بيئة تعليمية أكثر أماناً واحتواءً.
شمل التدريب محاور أساسية، من مفاهيم الصحة النفسية والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي، إلى مهارات الإسعافات النفسية الأولية، والتعرّف المبكر على مؤشرات الخطر، إضافةً إلى تطبيق مسارات الإحالة الآمنة واستراتيجيات إدارة الضغوط واستخدام أدوات تعبيرية لدعم الأطفال.
يأتي هذا النشاط ضمن مشروع “أمان”، بدعم من سويس سوليدار، في خطوة نحو مدارس أكثر أماناً وبيئات تعليمية تحمي وتدعم كل طفل.
نساء الأمل للتنمية الأسرية
The Syrian Women’s Network – Women of Hope for Development has completed an intensive training targeting 50 teachers across 9 schools in Afrin and its countryside, aimed at strengthening their capacity to support students’ mental health and foster a safer, more inclusive learning environment.
The training covered key areas including mental health and psychosocial support concepts, early identification of risk and protective indicators among students, psychological first aid skills, implementation of safe school referral pathways, stress and pressure management strategies for teachers, and the use of expressive tools to support children’s mental well-being.
This training comes as part of the “Aman” Project, implemented with the support of Swiss Solidarity Solidar Suisse
, with the goal of creating safe and protective educational environments in Afrin.
