✨ تمكين المرأة رقمياً وسبل الحماية القانونية ✨
ندوة تفاعلية استضافتها جامعة الفرات في دير الزور ضمن فعاليات حملة 16 يوماً لمناهضة العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، قدمتها جمعية رفع المستوى الصحي والاجتماعي بحلب (فرع دير الزور) بدعم من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان، وبرعاية مديرية الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، ومديرية التعاون الدولي بالتعاون مع لجنة شؤون المرأة في الشؤون السياسية وجامعة الفرات.
💜 تضمّنت الندوة المحاور التالية:
● عرض تعريفي بالحملة وأهدافها في تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي حول مناهضة العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
● فقرة حول التمكين الرقمي، ودور التكنولوجيا في دعم مشاركة النساء والفتيات وإتاحة فرص أكبر لهنّ في المجال الرقمي.
● استعراض مشاريع لسيدات شاركنّ في دورة الذكاء الاصطناعي ضمن المساحة الآمنة تبرز قدراتهن في الابتكار واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة.
● جلسة قانونية ختامية تناولت سبل الحماية وآليات الإبلاغ المتاحة للنساء والفتيات ضمن الأطر القانونية الوطنية.
🧡 خلال الندوة، أكّد المشاركون على أهمية دعم النساء في المجال الرقمي وتمكينهن معرفياً وقانونياً، باعتبار ذلك خطوة أساسية نحو تعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية والحد من أشكال العنف.
🤝 وشهدت الفعالية حضور كل من رئيس جامعة الفرات الدكتور منير العاروض، نائب رئيس الجامعة للشؤون الإدارية الدكتور محمد موسى الصالح، ممثل صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان الدكتور مهند الحمش، ممثلي لجنة العلاقات العامة ولجنة المرأة ضمن إدارة الشؤون السياسية بالإضافة لممثلين عن الجهات الرسمية، في تأكيد على أهمية العمل التشاركي لتعزيز بيئة آمنة وداعمة للنساء والفتيات.

✨ Digital Empowerment of Women and Legal Protection Pathways ✨
Al-Furat University in Deir Ezzor hosted an interactive session as part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, presented by the Association for Improving Health and Social Standards – Aleppo (Deir Ezzor Branch), with the support of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and under the patronage of the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor, the Directorate of International Cooperation, in collaboration with the Women’s Affairs Committee in Political Affairs and Al-Furat University.
💜 The session covered the following topics:
● An introductory overview of the campaign and its goals in raising community awareness on combating gender-based violence.
● A segment on digital empowerment, highlighting the role of technology in supporting women’s participation and expanding opportunities in digital spaces.
● A showcase of projects by women who participated in the Artificial Intelligence course within the Safe Space, demonstrating their creativity and ability to use modern technologies.
● A concluding legal session that addressed available protection pathways and reporting mechanisms for women and girls within national legal frameworks.
🧡 During the session, participants emphasized the importance of supporting women in the digital field and empowering them both legally and through knowledge—an essential step toward enhancing community participation and reducing all forms of violence.
🤝 The event was attended by Dr. Monir Al-Aroudh, President of Al-Furat University, Dr. Mohammad Mousa Al-Saleh, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Muhannad Al-Hamash, UNFPA Representative, along with representatives from the Public Relations Committee, the Women’s Committee within the Political Affairs Directorate, and several officials—affirming the importance of collaborative efforts to build a safe and supportive environment for women and girls.
