DAYS NINE AND TEN

After a wonderful morning sharing love with our trainees and the Sports Impact Intl HN team, we headed to Guatemala to enjoy some rest time together as a way of thanking our friends from the United States and Canada for all they did together on their mission trip. We had breakfast in Honduras, lunch in Guatemala, and dinner in El Salvador. Three countries in one day! On Sunday morning, we said goodbye to our old and new friends. We bless you all in the name of Jesus Christ!

DAYS EIGHT AND NINE
Last Friday, the Canada/USA team accompanied us to Honduras, where we had dinner with the pastors/coaches of Sports Impact Intl HN and then we held an important meeting.
On Saturday morning, we celebrated our eighth anniversary as a ministry in that country, even though our director has been working in the Ocotepeque region since 2008. The celebration included recreational games, soccer, refreshments, the distribution of sports equipment, uniforms for the chess players, lots of fun, and of course, prayer and the Word of God. We are immensely grateful to Karen, our president of Sportsimpactintl.org, her husband Paul, her sister Leslie and her husband Jeremy, who, along with their children Moly and Sawyer and their friend Abby, shared so much love in every hug and smile. May they be blessed in the mighty name of Jesus!

CA/US team!

What a great day it was!

In the morning, we spent time with the participants and the SII team in El Salvador for the last time. Then, we went to the beach to enjoy nature and each other's company. In the evening, after dinner, we shared God's Word, prayed together, and the CA/US team received a small gift and a certificate in appreciation for their support of our ministry. May the Lord bless you all!

The CA/US team visited the orphanage Hogar Padre Vito Guarato, and the C.E." Pedro Pablo Castillo " to be part of our P.E. program in those instructions and participating of handing out the diplomas to English students that passed from the beginners to the basic level. All the glory to God!

Turism and English class.
We had a very exciting day with our Canadian and American friends. We took them to Boquerón and the beach, and afterward, they helped us by teaching their language in our English as a Foreign Language program (EFL).
They are incredible people, loving and passionate about sharing the gospel with everyone!

Church and community outreach.
The CA/US missionary team joined us for a service at the Church of the Nazarene we are planting in Nuevo Cuscatlán, where our director is the senior pastor. After lunch, we held a community outreach activity with children from two local communities where we run our discipleship program. We are very grateful for the missionary team's continued support of our organization. May the Lord continue to bless and use them.

CA/US TEAM!
Welcome to El Salvador Jeremy, Leslie, Sawyer, Molly, Abby, Paul and Karen!!!
For the first time, we are receiving missionaries from Canada!!!
They are relatives of our chairwoman of the board of directors in the United States, Karen McLean, and she and her husband, Pau,l have joined their Canadian family to travel and support us. We are very excited and extremely grateful to them for their support in our ministry!
May the Lord bless them all during their stay with us! Hallelujah!!!

We are so excited to welcome this very special missionary group tomorrow from the United States and Canada. Our very own US board Chairwoman is traveling with her husband, sister, brother-in-law, and nephews, as well as a dear friend of theirs. They are: Karen and Paul McLean, Leslie, Jeremy, Sawyer, and Molly Hui, along with Abby Wilson. May God bring them safely and may their time serving in El Salvador with us be a wonderful experience for all of them, our beneficiaries and their families, as well as for our staff and volunteers. God is good!

Así van las cosas en nuestro ministerio. Hemos celebrado el cumpleaños del voluntario y amigo Salvador Rivas, seguimos impartiendo clases de inglés y educación física entre muchas otras actividades. DAY 6 (Afternoon)
On the afternoon of the 6th day, we visited the C.E." Pedro Pablo Castillo " school to participate in the physical education class we teach to the kindergarten children. The viceprincipal of the school is Mirna Alférez, who is also the education director of our ministry and our director's wife. The missionaries from Lipscomb University had a wonderful time playing and exercising with the little students. We are so grateful with Lipscomb Women's Soccer for all they are doing in Nuevo Cuscatlán alongside our staff and volunteers. God is good!
