Mary struggled with basic hand hygiene because she lacked water. This meant that she could only wash her hands by spitting in them which was not very effective. She was getting sick regularly. It didn’t help that was also smoking to***co.

Then CHE came to her village in Aguath. They taught her many things like proper hand hygiene, how to quit smoking, the gospel, how to live healthier and how to solve your own problems instead of relying on others.

Then the CHE team were able to dig a bore hole. This helped Mary to follow her hand hygiene lessons. Now she also follows Jesus because of all these amazing spiritual and physical lessons. ❤️

When a borehole is opened in a village, it changes everything. Many people walk very long distances to carry small amounts of water.

Today, Aguath in Tonj South (Yar community) celebrated the opening of their borehole. We praise God for His generosity, help and compassion 🙏🏻❤️.

Akuet fled conflicts in her home village and became an Internally Displaced Person (IDP) in Tonj South. Unfortunately, her husband was unable to make it out of the conflict alive. This added additional pressure to Akuet to feed her children while being homeless.

Akuet was very grateful for the food that she received at one of our recent food distributions. She praised God with a big smile on her face because she was able to feed her children. We are thankful for every supporter that made it possible to share this love of Jesus.

Today we had a national prayer day in South Sudan. Churches in every state gathered on this day to pray for peace, their leaders and the upcoming election. We were over joyed to bring this nation before the throne of God 🙏🏻. Please join us in praying for South Sudan 🇸🇸 ❤️.

Elizabeth has been struggling with epilepsy for many years. It has caused her to fall down 4 times causing her injuries. She came to one of our Calvary Chapel Churches and the whole congregation prayed and her epilepsy has slowly been going away. We praise God for this healing and we ask thay you join us in continuing to pray for her 🙏.

This week, Zeke and the IDAT team have been working hard on upgrading the hospital’s solar system by adding more batteries and power to support our new pediatric ward.

Running the generator is incredibly expensive, and our hospital depends on reliable power for oxygen concentrators and other life-saving equipment.

So proud and thankful for Zeke and everyone working behind the scenes to help keep Noah’s Place Mission Hospital running and caring for these precious children.
