𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨 (late) serving as deputy operations commander. despite this, we urge you to recognize that prolonging conflict under the current circumstances could bring severe repercussions.

Bilpam GHQs, South Sudan — In a significant development within the South Sudan People's Defense Forces (SSPDF), Major General James Ochan Puot Bup Bichiok has been officially appointed as the Director for Logistics in the Ground Forces Command at Bilpam General Headquarters.

This prestigious assignment marks a pivotal advancement in Maj-Gen Ochan’s military career, reaffirming his enduring commitment to excellence, competence, compliance, and dignity in service. Bilpam GHQs, as the central pillar of all divisions and specialized units within the SSPDF, entrusts this role only to officers of proven integrity and operational acumen.

Maj-Gen Ochan’s appointment follows his recent removal from command of the Maiwut Special Forces, where he was succeeded by Brigadier General Nhial Nyal Ding, now overseeing operations in Maiwut County near the Ethiopian border.
