Our Story

In spite of the Independence recently attained and the establishment of a new Sovereign State, South Sudan as a new nation, in a postwar era, with yet some prevailing conflicts in some areas, is faced with numerous challenges, which among others include, socioeconomic problems, food insecurity, widespread poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, lack of infrastructure, respect for human right, insufficient and poor social services, like schools, health facilities and limited access to safe drinking water among others. to realize its objectives.

For several years, the people of South Sudan have been struggling for freedom, justice and equality, fighting against marginalization, oppression and underdevelopment.

In spite of the Independence recently attained and the establishment of a new Sovereign State, South Sudan as a new nation, in a postwar era, with yet some prevailing conflicts in some areas, is faced with numerous challenges, which among others include, socio-economic problems, food insecurity, widespread poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, lack of infrastructure, respect for human right, insufficient and poor social services, like schools, health facilities and limited access to safe drinking water among others.

These are pressing issues, real problems that need real solutions and practical approaches that can provide realistic and lasting solutions, in pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
