Steps to Create a Gmail Signature with Images:

Access Settings: Open Gmail on a desktop and click the gear icon in the top right, then select "See all settings".

Edit Signature: In the "General" tab, scroll down to the "Signature" section. Create a new signature or click to edit an existing one.

Insert Image: Click the "Insert Image" icon in the toolbar (it looks like a mountain/picture).

Upload Image: Select an image from your computer, Google Drive, or by URL.

Resize Image: Click the inserted image and choose "Small," "Medium," "Large," or "Original Size" to adjust it.

Set Defaults: Below the signature, set your new signature for "For new emails use" and "On reply/forward use".

Save: Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes".

JUBA CITY COUNCIL - A CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF LEADERSHIP
A classic case of “failing to plan is planning to fail.” A capital city with no master plan. Who is to blame? National government? State Government? The arson that burned down Konyokonyo a few years ago has followed Nyakuron and Custom Souk.

The only difference? The land concerned belongs to University of Juba and was borrowed temporarily to Juba City Council to lease out to street vendors. And the result? It is for all to see..

What does constitution say about Juba City? Go and read Transitional Constitution of the Republic of South Sudan 2011 and Especially Article 50 Section 4 which reads and I quote:

“The City of Juba shall be the National Capital of South Sudan and seat of National Government.
It’s territory and administration shall be defined and regulated by law”

Meaning, City of Juba is a special administrative area under direct supervision of National Government with implications for how its Mayor is appointed or elected and with a status of a governor or special administrative area.

My people: we don’t want to read the Constitution nor want to implement it. And here is the price we pay for leaving Juba City under the management of Central Equatoria State. Time for Juba City to come under National Government like it says in the Constitution.

I had the pleasure of sharing a meaningful moment with Benjamin Ma Gak, a third-year student at the School of Journalism, Media, and Communication Studies (SJMCS) and the chairperson-elect of the Students Association, along with his colleague Mr. Jimmy Machak, a second-year student.

During our engagement, Benjamin shared insightful ideas on improving learning. I offered strategic reflections on his thoughts and encouraged deeper, more strategic thinking to ensure success. I also offered him tips on rolling out his ideas. Furthmore, I introduced them to TheMentor Initiative, explaining that it aims to provide intellectual support to both groups and individuals; online and offline.

Benjamin expressed great passion for the initiative and highlighted several important areas of focus, particularly the need to address misinformation, which he described as both necessary and timely.

It was an impactful engagement.

8. Let's Advocate for media literacy education: Encourage schools and communities to teach critical thinking skills and media literacy to help combat misinformation at its source.
