International Youth Day 2026

As we celebrate this year International Youth Day 2026, I honour the energy, resilience, creativity, and potential of the young people.

Our youth are not merely leaders of tomorrow—they are partners and leaders of today. The future of our communities depends on young people who are educated, disciplined, innovative, hardworking, and committed to peace and development.

Let us choose education over ignorance, hard work over idleness, entrepreneurship over dependency, innovation over limitation, and peace over conflict. Let us embrace agriculture, technology, vocational skills, business, and every honest opportunity that can build a better future.

The Bible reminds us: “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might.” — Ecclesiastes 9:10

This is a powerful call to every young person: focus on your purpose, work hard, remain disciplined, and never give up on your dreams. Your circumstances may be difficult today, but they do not have to determine your tomorrow.

Happy belated International Youth Day 2026
