EXTENSION OF THE APPLICATION FOR ONE WEEK PERIOD!

Dear public,
the office of the IEC of Ciec girls' foundations announces the extension of the application dateline from 10th_16th january 2026. this decision was made because the position of secretary general is still vacant. However, the IEC is looking forward to recieving new applicants for all positions.

Dear Public,

The office of the Independent Electoral Committee of Ciec Girls Foundation wishes to inform the public that there will be an extension of the application dateline by one week from 5th-9th of January 2026, effective today. New applications and pending submissions will now be accepted until the new closing date.

Further more, Voters registration will commence tomorrow on 6th of January. All eligible voters are encouraged to register and pick up the registration cards within the stipulated period to ensure their participation in the electoral process.

Are you a visionary leader? A meticulous organizer? A financial steward?
The Ciec Girls Foundation is embarking on a new chapter and is officially inviting passionate, qualified Girls to apply for its executive leadership positions. This is your chance to lead, serve, and shape the future of our community.

🗳️ AVAILABLE POSITIONS & FEES
1. Chairperson – Fee: 1,000,000 SSP
2. Secretary General (SG) – Fee: 700,000 SSP
3. Finance Officer – Fee: 500,000 SSP

✅ GENERAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (For All Applicants)

Must be a female member of the Ciec Manyiel community.
Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.

🎓 SPECIFIC ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

For CHAIRPERSON:
Must hold bachelor’s , a diploma and a 2nd year continuing student from a recognized university.

For SECRETARY GENERAL (SG):
Must hold a Diploma and be a currently pursuing student at the university level.

For FINANCE OFFICER:
Must have completed Senior 4 (S.4) and above.

👥 VOTER ELIGIBILITY

All girls from Ciec Manyiel from the mentioned age bracket.

The following categories of women are eligible to vote in this election:
1. Women originally from Ciec Manyiel who are married within Ciec Manyiel.
2. Women originally from Ciec Manyiel who are married outside the community.

(Prospective applicants are encouraged to mobilize their supporters within these categories.)

Good evening my people the leadership of ciec girls foundation has given the floor to ciec girls foundation a right to select their IEC, the resolution , clarity , and follow electoral process which is officially way of choosing leadership.

I really appreciate the general assembly of ciec girls foundation for the good brainstorming coming into general ideas is the way to heaven now the heaven is here now let do it together, to transform pan ciec needs collective responsibility which to my beautiful girls of Ciec manyiel today has impressed me.
The agenda of today was formation of IEC which was selected based on seven payams .
