Do you wonder if Thuri is among the 64 tribes of South Sudan?

Well, the Thuri people, also referred to as the Shatt and Luo people, are situated in the Bahr el Ghazal region of South Sudan. They speak DheThuri, a Luo language similar to the Jur and Dinka languages.

Despite experiencing ethnic conflict during the Second Sudanese Civil War, the Thuri tribe is highly regarded for its rich cultural heritage, unique traditions, and societal structure based on extended families and clan systems. Their distinctive customs, lively oral traditions, and elaborate beadwork significantly enrich the diverse fabric of South Sudanese culture.

As of 2023, there were no widely recognized or prominent government officials from the Thuri tribe in South Sudan. However, the political landscape in South Sudan is dynamic, and political representation may evolve.

"I don't have money now but I have trust which shall bring more money"

When one of his disciples asked about the ingredients of good government, Confucius answered: "Sufficient food, sufficient weapons, and the confidence of the common people."

The disciple asked, "Suppose you had no choice but to dispense with one of those three, which would you forego?" Confucius replied, "Weapons." The disciple persisted, "Suppose you were then forced to dispense with one of the two that are left, which would you forego?" Confucius answered, "Food.

For from of old, hunger has been the lot of all men, but a people that no longer trusts its rulers is lost indeed" (Baker book 1989) p.215.

People want a strong, trustworthy person and you and I must be one of them.

However, I don't know about you people on the small island (Akobo) for this world accommodates only those who have the trust of common people.

1. I am going to be trusted whatever will happen I will not sneak at night to neighbours and demand s*x with his wife when he is not around.
2. I am going to be trusted to do good things to my female friend and demand no s*x in return.
3. I am going to be trusted whatever will happen will not force me to say yes when I mean to say no.
4. I am going to be trusted to defend the rights of my people no matter what may cost.
5. I am going to be trusted for other people's money as my hand will not stick to them no matter what.
6. I am going to be trusted as will never accept bribery in return for harming common people.
7. I am going to be trusted whatever I put into my principles will never be broken unless it is from God.
8. I am going to be trusted as I will never cooperate with an alien 👽 so to loot the resources of my village.
9. I am going to be trusted with so and so...

However, the worst thing about trust is like money in the bank you can lose it in a fraction of a second you have to protect it with a strong character and principle whose foundation is based on the manufacturer of your life.
