Cde. Emmanuel Dut is a young dedicated Academician and Researcher at the University of Juba, with specialization in Public Administration. At the age of 30 years, he has successfully acquired Bachelor Degree, Post-graduate Diploma and Master Degree in Public Administration.
Cde.Emmanuel Dut's academic work bridges the arts of Sciences in public administration, His research focuses on improving good governance that strengthening effective service delivery to the civil population.
He is passionate about applying academic research to solve real-world policy and administration challenges in fragile and developing states especially in South Sudan and beyond.
