PAPA Africa

PAPA Africa We promote peaceful co-existence through advocacy, dialogue, capacity building, research, outreach, and strategic partnerships.

The Pan - African Peacemakers Alliance (PAPA Africa) is an action-oriented, non-profit, youth-led organization dedicated to advancing peace, social justice, democracy, and human rights across South Sudan and the African continent. Founded in 2018, PAPA Africa is an action-oriented, youth-led peacebuilding and advocacy movement that believes in the power of young people to shape a more peaceful, ju

st, and inclusive future for South Sudan and beyond. Rooted in the lived experiences of communities affected by conflict, especially among South Sudanese youth, PAPA Africa champions the meaningful participation of young people in shaping resilient communities and sustainable development. We work hand in hand with women, disadvantaged groups, faith-based actors, local authorities, and traditional leaders, forming a grassroots-to-global movement that positions young people not only as future leaders—but as leaders now.
