On behalf of the Paliet Students' Association in Universities and higher institute -Juba (PSAUHI-J) and my own behalf, I write to extend our heartfelt congratulations on your well deserved appointment as vice president for the economic cluster,Republic of South Sudan.

We in the same way, extend our gratitude to the president of the Republic of South Sudan His Excellency and commander-in- chief Gen Salva Kiir Mayardit for the trust He bestowed upon you by assigning you to this high office in such a critical moment.
