MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of Excellence Foundation for South Sudan is to contribute to the education of young people, through a value-based system, to help build a better world where people are self-fulfilled as individuals and play a constructive role in society

We visualize a community where all residents in the Republic of South Sud

an have the opportunity for a high-quality life, including but not limited to: education, employment, shelter, health, food, and clothing, rich cultural offering, and the ability to give of themselves and connect with their community. GOAL:
The goal of the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan is to contribute in improving the living standard of the communities of The Republic of South Sudan through community mobilization, capacity building, advocacy & strengthening of livelihoods. STRATEGY:
A sustainable strategy is will be devised to achieve the maximum, a need-based and right-based approach will be initiated, will ascertain the problem with full community involvement, and will mobilize all indigenous and local resources. The program goals will be materialized with a helping hand from members, donor agencies, and Philanthropists. THEMATIC PROGRAMME / AREAS OF FOCUS:

Through a participant-centered approach, best practices and experiences were shared in the following areas:
1- National Professional Standards for Teachers in South Sudan
2- Scheme of Work and Lesson Plan Development
3- Teaching Handwriting
4- Classroom Management Techniques
5- Creative Teaching Methods
6- Using Teaching Learning Aids
7- Nurturing a Vibrant School

On Monday, 18 May 2026, our workshop was at Master Key International Academy in Newsite, Goroyo 2.

We engaged 12 educators at the school for a full day sharing skills and best practices in professional conduct, scheme of work development, lesson planning, classroom management and teaching Handwriting.

As part of our continued contribution to quality education through positive classroom outcome, we've now interacted with 150+ teachers in 10+ schools across a range of topics in 2026.
