Empowering Civil Society for Sustainable Impact
On Thursday, 26th February, Men4Women joined fellow civil society organizations for the kickoff meeting and official signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under the EU-funded SUCCESS Program, supported by Mercy Corps in collaboration with IPCS.
During the Expression of Interest process, Men 4 Women undertook a comprehensive assessment of its institutional strengths and capacity gaps. This reflection was informed by a five-day Organizational Development and Systems Strengthening (ODSS) training conducted earlier in 2025 and facilitated by Amref Health Africa South Sudan. As a result, the organization developed a clear and actionable Capacity Improvement Plan (CIP) to guide its strategic growth and institutional development.
This program comes at a critical time, reinforcing our renewed commitment to strengthening our institutional systems to effectively lead transformative change, amplify community voices, and promote sustainable peace and development across South Sudan.
Through collaboration, partnership, and shared accountability, Men 4 Women remains steadfast in advancing inclusive development and community-driven solutions that leave no one behind.
