๐ฎ๐ R21LS โ Rotary 21st Century Leadership Skills Through Gamification ๐๐ฎ
The Rotary Club of Paramaribo Residence successfully carried out the R21LS (Rotary 21st Century Leadership Skills) project. Through this initiative, we help young people develop the essential skills needed to thrive in the 21st century.
Through interactive games, team challenges, and hands-on activities, participants worked on the well-known 4 Cโs:

In collaboration with Esports Suriname, which hosted the activities at Buurtcentrum Latour (Stibula), participants strengthened their leadership, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and self-confidence in a fun and inclusive environment where everyone could participate.
