Lafawayne Did It: Goal Smashed!
$7,912 raised against a $5,000 goal, which is 158% of the target!
The people of Lafawayne and their diaspora showed what unity looks like. Residents, businesses, youth, traditional and religious leaders, and family members abroad all stepped up to expand the village health center, so more families can get the care they need close to home.
SOMREP's $10,000 support (66.7%)
Community and diaspora contributions: $7,912, well beyond the $5,000 needed (33.3%)

A heartfelt thank you to every contributor, to the Village Development Committee (VDC), to ADRA, and to everyone who shared and supported the campaign with Shaqodoon Organization.
Every contribution and transaction can be viewed openly on the Bulshokaab platform: www.Bulshokaab.com
Together, we are building a healthier Lafawayne!

They Did It. Fadhigaab Farmers Just Secured Their Water Future.
Fadhigaab is a small village in the Sanaag region, sitting between Gar-adag and Ceel-Afweyn. Most families here are pastoralists, raising camels, goats, and sheep. But some have also taken up farming, including the ten families of the Shimbiro Juujaa Farmer Association.
For years, their biggest obstacle wasn't effort; it was water. With no irrigation source in Fadhigaab, farmers depended entirely on seasonal rainfall. When the rains were delayed or fell short, harvests failed, and the cycle of hardship continued.
A community assessment made it clear: water for farming was Fadhigaab's most urgent need. So a plan came together to build a shallow well for the Shimbiro Juujaa Farmer Association, giving ten farming families a reliable water source for the first time.
Today, we're thrilled to share: 100% FUNDED.
Community contribution: $3,000 fully raised
OXFAM: contribution: $13,000
Total project: $16,000, zero shortfall

This wouldn't have happened without the Shimbiro Juujaa Farmer Association and its diaspora, along with the local leaders, business community, youth, and women who rallied behind it.
Every transaction was tracked transparently through BulshoKaab. Visit www.BulshoKaab.com to see the project for yourself.
This well means fewer failed harvests. It means ten families with a real shot at stability. It means water that no longer depends on the weather.
Thank you to everyone who made this possible.
