On Monday, 02 February 2026, at 8:30 AM, the Institute for Strategic Insights and Research (ISIR) will host the launching event of the first *Horn and Red Sea Security Forum* at the Serene Hotel.

The event will bring together policymakers, senior government officials, diplomats, strategic security experts, researchers, and development partners to mark the official launch of the Forum and to outline its vision, objectives, and strategic relevance to the Horn of Africa, the Red Sea, the Middle East, and the wider region.
