Salaam Relief Foundation is non-governmental organization that works with international and local donors and stakeholders, to identify community problems, design and implement humanitarian projects that have far reaching socio-economic positive impacts within the regions of Somalia. The NGO is registered as a national NGO in 2017; the NGO provides humanitarian projects including Education, Health,
Protection, Food Security & Livelihood, WASH and Environmental protection (Natural resource management) to returnees, and internal displaced persons in Somalia. SRF has close collaboration and working relationship with the Federal government of Somalia and Federal member states. SRF led by a board of directors and a competent management team spearheading the daily operations, stakeholders consultation is engraved in Salaam Relief Foundation’s leadership approach so that decisions made by management team and the board take on board the wider views of the constituency that influence SRF’s work in Somalia. The BOD sets a strategic vision, mission and priorities of the organization; the management of the organization rests upon the Executive Director who is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s programmes.
