CEDO is a Non- profit making, local non-governmental organization, formed to empower the marginalized people of LUGH and DOLOW DISTRICT with a goal to make sure the community attain a sustainable development in economic and social development .The organization was established and registered in the 2012 with members and large base of network in the diverse coverage of LUGH and DOLOW DISTRICT. CEDO
is a depository of the innovations and approaches applied by the NGO’s in GEDO region. Membership to CEDO is open to the local communities in LUGH and DOLOW DISTRICT and currently consisting of members from all over the in LUGH and DOLOW DISTRICT. The organization has its secretariat in LUGH district and with a number of outreach teams in rural areas of LUGH and DOLOW DISTRICT, where most vulnerable and poor members of the community live. At the local level CEDO is partnering with CBO, NGOs, Government institutions, religious leaders, community implementation committees and community action groups to achieve our vision at the grass ‘root’ level in LUGH and DOLOW DISTRICT.
