The Chairman of Yool-beeg Organization, Ambassador Khadar Saleban Hirsi, proudly participated in the “Youth Model Africa Union” conference — a continental event aimed at strengthening youth leadership and unity across Africa.

The conference brought together young leaders and changemakers from various African nations to discuss youth empowerment, innovation, and the role of young people in shaping Africa’s future.

In his inspiring speech, Ambassador Khadar Saleban Hirsi emphasized the importance of youth being the driving force of change and innovation in their communities and across the continent.

“The youth are the power of today and the light of tomorrow.”

Today marked the official closing of the Africa Climate Summit 2 (ACS2)

This was the largest summit dedicated to discussing climate change, bringing together more than 25,000 participants from across the globe.

Presidents, leaders, and distinguished international guests were also in attendance, and it was truly an honor and privilege for me to be among those who participated in this remarkable platform.

ACS2 served as a crucial space for sharing sustainable solutions and strengthening Africa’s role in addressing the challenges of climate change

I participated in the Africa Climate Summit 2 (ACS2), an international summit held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This was the second summit of its kind to be hosted in Africa, specifically dedicated to discussing climate change and its impact on the continent.

The main objectives of the summit included:
:Ensuring that African countries have a unified voice to defend the continent’s interests in global climate policies.
:Examining the opportunities and challenges that climate change poses to Africa’s economic development and the livelihoods of its people.
:Promoting green financing, climate-smart agriculture, and reforestation.
:Creating a platform for youth and civil society to actively participate and make their voices heard.

My participation in ACS2 was a valuable opportunity to contribute to international discussions, while also learning key strategies and insights on how Africa can respond to climate challenges and achieve sustainable development.

Yool Beeg Organization Participates in the Africa Climate Summit in Addis Ababa

Yool Beeg Organization had the opportunity to participate in the Africa Climate Summit, held in Addis Ababa. The summit served as an important platform bringing together delegations from many African countries, focusing on addressing the challenges of climate change and promoting a sustainable future.

During the summit, Yool Beeg actively engaged in discussions and international meetings, interacting with experts, leaders, and civil society organizations from across the continent. We also had the opportunity to present the organization’s perspective on Africa’s climate, focusing on:
:Raising public awareness about the impacts of climate change.
: Encouraging youth participation to become leaders in environmental solutions.
:Strengthening African cooperation to collectively address environmental and climate challenges.

Participation in the Addis Ababa summit was a valuable opportunity for Yool Beeg Organization to gain new experiences while strengthening connections and collaboration with other organizations and countries across Africa.
