What We Do
Bareedo Platform is nongovernmental and nonprofit youth led initiative promoting federalism, democracy and open government in Somalia. In particular, Bareedo Platform works on the following four areas:-
Democratisation
Bareedo Platform works to advocate, encourage and promote a) Inclusive, transparent and accountable public institutions b) Active participation and inclusion of youth, women, minorities and persons with disabilities in democratisation process to make them active citizens, strengthens social responsibility and enhance democratic processes and institutions and c) An information-rich environment that supports all citizens across the country to be informed and engaged.
