SWSYC Somalia was pleased to attend a two-day Capacity Building Workshop for feminist groups, conducted by Network The workshop aimed to strengthen institutional capacity and promote organizational sustainability.
The sessions focused on enhancing Financial Management and Project Management skills for NGOs, covering areas such as budgeting, financial accountability, donor compliance, project planning, monitoring, reporting, and risk management. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, practical exercises, and experience-sharing to improve transparency, efficiency, and effective service delivery.
This initiative contributes to empowering feminist organizations to lead impactful, inclusive, and sustainable programs that advance gender justice and community development.
