👉 Volunteer in microfinance with ASF
❤️ Spend time in Saint-Louis, Senegal, while helping local entrepreneurs strengthen their small businesses.
During the project, you will work with the ASF team and meet people who are starting or developing their economic activity. You may visit them in their neighbourhoods, discuss the difficulties they face and help them find simple, practical solutions. Depending on your experience, you can also support them with budgeting, pricing, sales or basic business planning.
✨ Your activities may include:
• Meeting and interviewing potential beneficiaries
• Visiting entrepreneurs and learning about their daily work
• Explaining basic accounting (profit, revenue etc.), maths and marketing
• Helping prepare simple business plans and sales ideas
• Following beneficiaries before and after they receive a microloan
✅ What we are looking for:
• Motivation and a willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• French or English
• Patience, curiosity and respect for the people you meet

🏠 Volunteers stay with a host family, which gives you the chance to experience everyday life in Saint-Louis. Outside the project, you can discover the city’s history, food, culture and beaches.
