Did our work actually make a difference?
The Tracer Study findings we shared brought together SEF staff, Board members, community leaders, volunteers, mentors, and development partners because the results belong to everyone who was part of the journey. And because those results will now directly shape SEF's strategy and programming going forward.
This is what evidence-based, community-centred development looks like in practice. Not just measuring outputs but listening, reflecting, and letting communities help define what comes. We are Proud to do this work alongside partners who share that commitment. ๐ค
