In N’Djamena, delegations from the 7 SWEDD+ countries are discussing a key challenge this week: how to better measure the real impact of social and behaviour change communication (SBCC) campaigns.

Monitoring and evaluation, data quality, audience segmentation and measuring social change are at the center of discussions supported by UNFPA and the World Bank.

The SWEDD+ First Ladies Forum closes today with a clear message: ending GBV requires more than commitments — it demands action.

Across West & Central Africa, leaders are turning political will into concrete change: stronger protection systems, survivor-centered services, and coordinated regional responses.

The momentum is here. Now, implementation begins.

Today, we move from words to action.

Zero tolerance for violence against women and girls. Zero excuses. Zero silence.

Through SWEDD+, millions of girls are already supported, protected, and in school.

But as long as one girl lives in fear, the fight continues.

Follow the Forum and the decisions driving change.
