ación cuenta con una MISION ligada a la actividad principal de la compañía: mejorar la calidad de vida de los pequeños agricultores radicados en zonas rurales aisladas. Mientras que la compañía se centra en ofrecer un modelo con fines de lucro para proporcionar un medio de vida sustentable basado en la agricultura, la Fundación se centra en proyectos de ayuda integrados con el desarrollo económico a largo plazo que actúan como catalizadores del desarrollo y mejora la vida en general.

During February, we had the pleasure of welcoming . We had been in touch with him for many years, and when he reached out to let us know he was in Sierra Leone, we coordinated for him to spend a few days in Torma and experience how The Little Orange House works. 🏠🧡

We are deeply grateful for his support and enthusiasm in becoming part of our daily life during his visit. It means a lot to us to share our project with people who connect with our mission and help us spread it further. 👏🌍

The Little Orange House is an Early Childhood Development Center located in Tormabum, a rural village in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Since 2016, this initiative has been operating continuously, providing daily care and support to children aged 2 to 5 during one of the most critical stages of their development.

Over 180 children have already benefited from this project. Today, 90 children attend every day in two shifts—morning and afternoon—where they receive two protein-rich meals and participate in early learning and stimulation activities led by trained local facilitators.

Another year has passed, and we had a beautiful graduation ceremony to celebrate a new generation of students completing their time at LOH.

We are so happy to know that they will soon begin their new journey in elementary school and continue to grow, carrying with them the values and lessons learned from their years at LOH.

We are so grateful to the entire Tormabum community who joined us to celebrate with the LOH team.

We want to give a special round of applause to all our facilitators who organized the ceremony with such love and dedication.

Almost time for summer holidays! ☀️

We are enjoying the last weeks of classes in the Little Orange House, and preparing everything for our graduation ceremony! 🎓🎊

Last week we welcomed the team from Manos de Esperanza 🙌 to The Little Orange House 🏠.

They visited us in Tormabum (with prior consent from the parents) to carry out a medical and dental visit to the children. 🩺They will return to do a follow-up and see how the children’s development continues.👦🏾👧🏿

The team that visited us is made up of 2 doctors, a dentist and 3 nurses.👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

They were also accompanied by other members of the foundation (primary school teachers) who performed plays, danced and played with the children while they received medical attention.🎭

We thank you for their time and dedication to the project.🫶🧡
