**Announcement of the Passing of Mr. Didymus Kargbo**

It is with deep sorrow that the Center for Social Economic Empowerment and Development in Sierra Leone (C-SEED/SL) announces the passing of Mr. Didymus Kargbo, the esteemed former headmaster of the Melton Maigai School for the Blind. Mr. Kargbo dedicated his life to the empowerment and education of visually impaired students, touching countless lives with his unwavering commitment and compassion.

His leadership transformed the Melton Maigai School into a beacon of hope and opportunity for many. Mr. Kargbo's legacy will live on through the positive impact he has made in the community and the hearts of those he inspired.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and the entire community during this difficult time. May he rest in peace.

Questions that demand answers for authorities concern in Freetown City :

1. Who is responsible for the timely removal of deceased bodies from public spaces in Freetown?
2. What measures are in place to ensure the health and safety of residents in areas with reported decomposing corpses?
3. How often does the local government conduct health inspections in markets and public areas?
4. What resources are allocated for public health emergencies related to sanitation and hygiene?
5. Are there community awareness programs to educate residents about reporting health hazards?
6. How does the city plan to address the ongoing issues of waste management and public health in urban and rural areas?

These are questions we should ask which aims to prompt action and accountability from local authorities.
