Love One Another Campaign - Sierra Leone Love One Another Campaign, SL, (LOAC) is a divine vision given to Dr. Bell while worshipping in a Baptist Church in Leer, Germany in 1997 Ezekiel 3:11.

During his stay in Germany in 1997, Dr. Christian Tilly H. Bell was constantly asking God for the way forward in his country, Sierra Leone. He was led to a passage of scripture with the instruction: "Go now to your countrymen….take a message….whether they listen or not…." There was no clear message in this passage, only the instruction. He continued in much prayer asking God for th...e message. One week later, he received a message in a vision which read: “SIERRA LEONEANS LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS GOD LOVES YOU”. He then decided to obey God`s instruction. The first step in propagating this vision was the printing of ten thousand car stickers which he started circulating among friends and relatives in Germany, U.K, U.S.A., Africa and the Middle East. The response was very encouraging. In obedience to God, he came back home in September 1998 and shared the vision with friends and relatives. Soon a committee of sixteen volunteers was created. This committee then organized an official launching of the campaign on 16th December, 1998 at the British Council Hall in Freetown. This campaign, proved beyond all doubts, through various activities such as random interviews, street campaign, essay and poetry competitions that the absence of love in all strata of our society is the main factor responsible for the present predicament in Sierra Leone. Sierra Leoneans must inculcate the attitude of love (Agape) in order to usher in lasting peace, security, development and prosperity. Only this attitude of love will heal the wounds in this nation. So, Sierra Leoneans, Love one another as God loves you - unconditionally - and do so NOW. God bless us all.

WELLINGTON–ROKUPA INDOOR COMMUNITY OUTREACH | 1ST AUGUST 2026

*LOAC.SL, transforming lives and communities!*

On 1st August 2026, the Love One Another Campaign (LOAC.SL) successfully held an indoor community outreach at Rokupa, Wellington, bringing together over 60 community members to share the powerful message of Agape Love as the foundation for lasting peace, unity, social cohesion, and national development in Sierra Leone.

The outreach featured inspiring presentations by LOAC Ambassadors on the vision and mission of the organization, the different expressions of love, and the life-changing impact of God's unconditional love (Agape). Participants also took part in engaging discussions on practical ways to overcome hatred, tribalism, exploitation, and other social challenges through love and personal responsibility.

A highlight of the programme was an interactive group discussion where participants proposed practical solutions for spreading the message of love throughout Sierra Leone. Their enthusiasm and commitment reflected a shared desire to build stronger and more peaceful communities.
Another major milestone was the official establishment of the Rokupa LOAC Chapter, with five community leaders inaugurated as the pioneer executive committee. They publicly took the LOAC Personal Pledge and received official LOAC T-shirts as a symbol of their commitment to serving both the organization and their community.

The programme concluded with announcements on LOAC's Friday Radio Sensitization Programme, membership opportunities, upcoming activities, refreshments, and a closing prayer.

We sincerely thank the people of Rokupa for their warm reception, active participation, and commitment to partnering with us. Together, we can build a peaceful, united, and prosperous Sierra Leone through the message of Agape Love.

1st Agape Day celebration in Sierra Leone. LOAC advocates that the 16th of December should be declared as Agape Day. We should celebrate the purest form of love—selfless, unconditional, and sacrificial. Agape reminds us to care deeply, to forgive freely, and to love without expecting anything in return. This day should inspire kindness in our words, compassion in our actions, and generosity in our hearts. Let us choose love that heals, unites, and uplifts everyone around us. May love guide all that you do.
