It is indeed puzzling and hypocritical for a leader from a country experiencing turmoil due to neglect and disrespect for democratic principles to lecture on democracy and effective leadership in other countries. This behavior is a display of arrogance and a lack of self-awareness. It may also be a tactic to distract from the issues plaguing the country and to maintain a facade of legitimacy on the international stage.

In order for to be taken seriously when speaking on democracy and effective leadership, he must first address and rectify the issues within his own country. He should prioritize the well-being and safety of his people, uphold democratic principles, and demonstrate genuine commitment to effective leadership. Only then can he have credibility and legitimacy to speak on such topics to other nations.
