We are honored to celebrate our Founder and CEO, Mariama S. Marrah, on receiving the Sierra Leone Women’s Excellence Award 2026 in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the empowerment of women and girls in Sierra Leone 🇸🇱. This prestigious recognition is not just a personal achievement, it is a testament to the impact of the work we continue to do through Support Women and Children Initiative. It reflects our unwavering commitment to advocating for women, protecting children, promoting education and creating opportunities for vulnerable communities.

We dedicate this award to every woman and child whose lives have been touched by our work, our dedicated volunteers, partners and supporters who continue to believe in our mission.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate one of our amazing mentees for receiving her first award on Sunday 28th June 2026. This achievement is a true reflection of her dedication, resilience and commitment to growth. Watching her journey from learning, unlearning and rising into excellence fills our hearts with joy. This award is well deserved and marks the beginning of many greater accomplishments ahead by his grace 🙏!

Our CEO, Mariama Seray Marrah had the honor of receiving the LIBERIAN NATIONAL SASH OF HONOR, presented by a distinguished senior citizen of Liberia. This mark of recognition was bestowed in appreciation of her unwavering dedication to Liberia, its girls and womanhood. Her commitment, positive investments and continuous involvement in providing contemporary social enterprise solutions have made a remarkable impact-extending far beyond the borders of the Republic of Sierra Leone 🇸🇱. Miss Marrah's mentorship, empowerment programs and service to humanity continue to inspire many, especially the young girls and women of Liberia 🇱🇷.

This moment reflects not just an honor, but a celebration of her purpose, her leadership and her heart for nation-building across Africa.

🇸🇱 A Proud Moment for Sierra Leone at the National Girls Summit 2025! 🇱🇷

What an incredible honour for our CEO to represent Sierra Leone as a guest speaker at the National Girls Summit 2025, hosted by Treasure Girls Initiative at the University of Liberia Auditorium in Monrovia. Standing before amazing women, young girls and boys, she spoke on a topic deeply close to her heart “Business and Entrepreneurship”. Sharing knowledge, real-life experiences and stories of resilience reminded us once again that when you empower a girl, you strengthen a nation.

To every young person who listened, asked questions, took notes and connected with the message: your dreams are valid, your goals are achievable and your voice matters. Keep pushing, keep building and keep believing in the greatness within you. A heartfelt thank you to the Treasure Girls Initiative for creating such a powerful platform and to the people of Liberia for the warmth, love and hospitality. Together, we rise, we lead and we transform our communities.

We are excited to announce that our CEO, Mariama Seray Marah will be representing Support Women and Children Initiative as a Guest Speaker at the National Girls Summit 2025 in Liberia 🇱🇷.

She will be speaking on the powerful topic of Business & Entrepreneurship, inspiring young girls to dream boldly, build confidently and step into leadership with purpose. This summit is a remarkable platform that brings together young female voices, visionaries and change-makers across the region. We are proud to see our CEO championing the empowerment of girls and advocating for equal opportunities in business and leadership.
