Today, we stand tall and celebrate the 65th Anniversary of our sovereignty. Since April 27, 1961, the Lion Mountain has roared with the strength of a people who reclaimed their destiny and built a foundation on the values of Unity, Freedom, and Justice.

Our Resilience: From the shores of Freetown to the heights of Bintumani, we honor the courage of our ancestors who dreamed of a land where every citizen could live in liberty.

Our Future: As we reflect on 65 years of independence, we look forward with hope, committed to building a prosperous and peaceful nation for the generations to come.
