A Chapter Closes. A New One Begins.

Yesterday, we officially marked the handover of leadership for the National Coordination of Rotaract & Interact Clubs in Sierra Leone, bringing Rotary Year 2025–2026 to a close.

It has been a year of service, growth, fellowship, challenges, and collective achievements — from leadership training and club engagement to RYLA, the Polio Campaign, Fun Sports, DAC in Bouaké, and being recognized as Best Coordination.

As we hand over the baton, we say a heartfelt thank you to every Rotaractor, Interactor, Rotarian, and friend who contributed to the journey.

To the incoming leadership: the baton is now yours. Build on it, take it further, and continue serving with purpose.

The prize for hard work is always more work😂💪🏾

But some days, Rotary sends you a certificate that reminds you that you’re doing an excellent job✨

Congratulations to all the amazing Rotaractors, Rotarians and friends who contributed to this achievement👏🏾

A special shout-out to our IPP, Rtr. Vafie Konneh, our 2025/2026 Board, and everyone who played a part in making this possible. ❤️

We are incredibly proud of the work we’ve done together. 🙌🏾

And we’ll continue to serve more and create even greater impact.

This June, as we celebrate Rotary Fellowships, we are reminded that some of Rotary’s greatest strengths are the friendships we build and the connections we nurture🫠🫠🫠

🫂Fellowship brings together people from different backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to service and positive change.

Through these bonds, we exchange ideas, support one another, and extend Rotary’s impact beyond meetings and projects.

May this month inspire us to deepen our connections, strengthen our networks, and continue growing through service to our communities and the world.
