Yesterday, Menstrual Hygiene Day, Uman Tok SL proudly celebrated with seven amazing schools to raise awareness, break the silence around menstruation, and promote dignity, confidence, and education for every girl. 🌸✨
Together, we engaged students, teachers, boys, and community members in meaningful discussions on menstrual hygiene, reusable menstrual products, puberty education, and ending period stigma.
We believe menstruation is natural — not shameful. Every girl deserves access to accurate information, support, and safe menstrual products so she can stay healthy, confident, and in school. 💜
A big thank you to all our partner schools, facilitators, volunteers, and participants for making this celebration impactful and memorable
