Joint Japan/World Bank 2025 Graduate Scholarship Program

The JJ/WBGSP is open to citizens of certain developing countries with relevant professional experience and a history of supporting their countries’ development efforts who are applying to a master's degree program in a development-related topic.

Subject to available funding, JJ/WBGSP offers scholarships for 41 Participating Master’s Programs in 24 universities in the U.S., Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Japan in key areas of development, including economic policy management, tax policy, and infrastructure management.

Please note that if you are not admitted to one of these 41 Participating Master’s Programs, you are not eligible to apply for a JJ/WBGSP Scholarship in 2025.

The JJ/WBGSP scholarship provides the recipient with the following benefits:

1. Economy class air travel between your home country and the host university at the start of your study program and immediately following the end of the scholarship period. In addition to the two-way air travel, scholars will receive a US $600 travel allowance for each trip;
2. Tuition for your graduate program and the cost of basic medical insurance obtained through the university.
3. While on campus during the scholarship period, a monthly subsistence allowance to cover all living expenses (accommodations, food, etc., including books). The amount of the allowance varies depending on the host country.

Window 2 will open from March 25 to May 23, 2025 at 12:00 noon EST

Hello Everyone. This post is very important for those who are looking for fully funded scholarships to study abroad. We have made a List of Government Scholarships in 2025 for International students. The following scholarships are open and accepting applications (as of March 2025). These scholarships are free from application charges and can be applied for Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, and Diploma programs. Also, these scholarships will cover your Airfare, food, tuition fee, stipend, living allowance, accommodation, books, and health insurance. Each scholarship has different requirements and deadlines. Below is the list of scholarships with a brief description of each program, deadline, and the link to the scholarship post.

Fully Funded List of Government Scholarships in 2025 for International Students

1) Australia Awards Scholarships 2026 (Fully Funded)
Applications for the 2026 Australia Awards Scholarships are now open. This fully funded scholarship program supports Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD studies at Australian universities.

2) GKS Korean Government Graduate Scholarship 2025 (Fully Funded)
The Korean Government will offer 1,820 scholarships for international students to pursue Master’s and PhD programs in 2025 through the Global Korea Scholarship. GRE/IELTS/TOEFL scores are not required.

3) Islamic Development Bank IsDB Scholarship 2025/26 (Fully Funded)
The Applications are open to apply for the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Scholarship 2025/26. It is the Fully Funded and one of the Biggest Scholarship Programs to pursue Bachelor, Master, PhD, and Post Doc from the IsDB Partner University. The IsDB scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, return airfare tickets, a Monthly stipend, Books/clothing allowance, and medical allowance. IsDB does not charge any application fee at any stage. The IsDB Scholarship is open to citizens of IsDB member countries, and to members of Muslim communities residing in non-member countries.
