Happy International Women’s Day! 💜

Today, we celebrate the incredible strength, resilience, and potential of women and girls across our nation. She Leads Movement Sierra Leone, we believe that leadership isn't just a position, it's a right that belongs to every girl and woman.

Under the theme "Give to Gain," we remind ourselves that when we invest in a girl's education, safety, and leadership, we aren't just helping one person, we are enriching the future of all Sierra Leoneans. Our movement is dedicated to breaking barriers and ensuring that the "She Leads" vision becomes a reality in every community.

Let us continue to stand together, support one another, and create a world where every girl has the opportunity to lead. Because when she leads, we all win.
Her voice. Her power. Her leadership. 🇸🇱

Day Nine (9) – 16 Days of Activism Against Gender- Based Violence

No one has the right to intimidate or silence you🧡online or offline. When you face harassment or threats, taking quick action is the best way to protect yourself. Report the abuse to the platform or to a trusted authority, block the person to stop further contact, and always keep screenshots as evidence.

These simple steps can help you stay safe, support investigations, and ensure that those who cause harm are held accountable. Your safety and your voice matter🧡don’t hesitate to protect both.

Day Eight (8) – 16 Days of Activism Against Gender- Based Violence

In a world where so much of our learning, communication, and creativity happens online, protecting our digital spaces is essential. Strong passwords, updated privacy settings, and two-factor authentication act as your first line of defense against hackers, impersonators, and online abusers.

When you secure your accounts, you protect your identity, your information, and your voice. Stay one step ahead🧡 your safety online matters just as much as your safety offline.
