TOES Hosts Sierra Leone @65 Independence Anniversary Youth Roundtable Dialogue
The Orphan Empowerment Society Sierra Leone (TOES-SL) successfully hosted a Youth Roundtable Dialogue at the Africell–American Corner, Freetown, bringing together institutions, development partners, civil society organizations, private sector leaders, and young people to engage in meaningful discussions on the future of Sierra Leone.
🤝 Young people came together not just to speak but to find solutions to the challenges facing our communities and country.
🔍 Key focus areas included:
• Youth inclusion in governance and decision-making
• Employment, entrepreneurship, and skills development
• Innovation, accountability, and partnerships
• Strengthening collaboration for sustainable impact
This engagement amplified youth voices, strengthened partnerships, and reinforced the power of collective action in shaping Sierra Leone’s development.
🌍 TOES-SL was also proud to join over 150 youth organizations and youth-serving agencies in a broad stakeholder engagement contributing to the development of the National Youth Commission Strategic Plan (2025–2030).
