Empowering Persons with Physical Challenge Through Community Mapping!

Mamie Foundation is proud of the incredible work of persons with physical disabilities who actively participated in Community Mapping of their Center during a training session supported by All We Can, UK.
The exercise demonstrated their leadership, creativity, teamwork, confidence and the ability to identify Community resources, challenges, opportunities, and areas of improvement. It also reinforces the message that persons with disabilities are not merely beneficiaries, but that they are active partners,leaders and agents of change.
