Background:
This is a nonprofit Organization which was came out of the concern about the plight of children, youth and women which sole aim of providing multidimensional pathway on education,Gender,women and youth empowerment and advocacy across the country The Organization was formed in march 2016 by a group of fresh and developmental youth as a way of tackling increasing Child abuse, Youth in
violence, SRHR, HIV/AIDs Education, Food security , livelihood challenge, sexual and reproductive health rights, and”. promote human values through advocacy and community out-reach programs, Girl Child Enhancement Program (GCEP) basic non-formal/formal education and vocational skills training initiatives for vulnerable children and out-of-school youth in view of building a sustainable community with improved standards of living in Sierra Leone. All these youths came out under 1(one) umbrella with the common interest of supporting the children, youth and women at the community level and the surrounding District of Sierra Leone. The purpose for the establishment of this Organization was to fight against the rising child abuse, high rates of school dropout out especially among youth and girls at primary and secondary level of education, Limited access to sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights to the Adolescent, Limited access to the orphans and the Vulnerable children in the community, high rates of unemployment among the youth, Violation of women’s rights to access land and limited access to economic assets by the women and youth finally to stop violence among youth. • To create social stability and awareness on Sexual and Reproductive Health issues, Family Planning and HIV Prevention through Community sensitization, Guidance and Counseling, Condom Distribution, Referrals and linkage Creation to services and other related adolescence issues.
• Advocate for the fundamental children’s and Youth rights and provide support for the (CFFBSL) at the community level
• To Promote girl child Education at all cost especially in the rural settings of Sierra Leone
• Creating avenue for advocacy for human rights, peaceful resolution of conflicts and sustain socio- economic development among the marginalized communities.
• To advocate for a society whereby children and youth with disabilities have equal rights and opportunities for growth and development.
• Improved access to education and psycho-social wellbeing of marginalized children and youth.
• To Promote Vocational training for youth, self – help groups for the grass root empowerment.
• To promote sustainable livelihoods among youth with community participation.
• Provide food and non-food items to children that are in need.
