🚜🌱 BUILDING SWE FARM HUB — ONE STEP CLOSER TO OUR 0-to-1 PILOT

Today was another important step in the journey of SWE Farm Hub, our digital climate-resilience and market-access platform being developed to help smallholder farmers connect to the information, services and markets they need to build resilient livelihoods.

We spent today turning the vision into a clearer, more compelling story — bringing together the technology, community Farm Hubs, climate intelligence, agricultural advisory and market-access components into one farmer-centred ecosystem.

The core idea remains simple:

Farmers shouldn't have to navigate a fragmented rural support system alone.

We want to help connect:

SWE Farm Hub is currently at the pre-MVP / 0-to-1 stage, and our next phase is about testing the model in the real world — learning from farmers, measuring adoption and retention, testing market connections and validating a sustainable pathway for scale.

Our initial pilot is planned for Bo and Kenema, with a target cohort of 200–500 smallholder farmers across rice, cassava and vegetable production.

This is more than building an app.

We are building the connection between climate resilience, agricultural knowledge, community infrastructure and markets.

And we are starting in Sierra Leone — with the ambition to scale across West Africa and climate-vulnerable Africa. 🌍
