With funds from , we held a five-day workshop at Brookfields hotel with implementing partners, three from Liberia , three from Sierra Leone and ; the workshop was strengthened by the participation of representatives from . Over the course of our recent joint learning and planning sessions, partners came together to reflect, strategize, and strengthen our collective commitment to advancing girls' and women's rights.
The sessions provided an opportunity to reconnect, share expectations, and review progress on both national and regional advocacy efforts. Through discussions on Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), participants identified key challenges, reviewed existing tools, and explored areas requiring further development to strengthen program impact and accountability.
We also reflected on the Joint Program Steering structure, examined recent processes, and discussed ways to enhance joint ownership and collaboration across partners. Mutual learning remained at the heart of the engagement, with participants sharing experiences, lessons learned, and best practices around STA institutionalization and advocacy initiatives.
A key highlight was the visit to community activities led by G2G and CVF. Providing first-hand insight into the impact of our work and creating a space for meaningful reflection on achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
The workshop concluded with discussions on next steps, feedback, and renewed commitments to advancing our shared advocacy goals. Together, we continue to build stronger partnerships, amplify community voices, and drive sustainable change for girls and women across the region.
