*Nine Entrepreneurs Funded with Seed Capital to Launch and Grow Their Small Businesses*

Today, June 25th, marks four years since the establishment of the Impere Foundation for Education and Agriculture (IFEA) on June 25, 2021.

I’m sharing this milestone with you because of the remarkable impact we continue to make in the lives of our people and communities. I believe you, too, have the capacity to do the same—and even more. My purpose in writing this is to inspire you to believe in your potential to make a meaningful difference for yourself and humanity, by taking bold and necessary action to achieve your goals.

Seven months ago, we partnered with the Striders Foundation to launch the Self-Reliance Program, a training and coaching initiative designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to start and manage their own small businesses.

Today, I am delighted to share that eight deserving participants from this second cohort have been successfully funded with seed capital to bring their business ideas to life.

We received over 100 applications, and through a careful selection process, narrowed the list to 33 individuals. Out of this group, those who demonstrated the highest level of participation, commitment, and initiative emerged as the final recipients of this opportunity.

Just this afternoon, one of the beneficiaries shared an update on her business growth and the profits she has earned so far. She expressed her gratitude, saying:
"If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t have gotten the grant."

While it’s touching to hear such words, I believe it's important to give credit where it's truly due. Knowing my purpose in life, I responded:

“No, my dear. I am not the reason for your success. It is your belief and action that earned you the reward. You worked for it. My role is simply to light the path for those who are ready and willing to walk it—to become the best versions of themselves.”

Let this be a reminder that success is possible when belief meets action.

- laundry, dry and ironing of clothes: Nle 5 per clothes... discount can be given base on the quantity of clothes.
- Interior (inside house or office-tiles, chairs, bedroom and bathroom) cleaning: Nle 40 per hour
- Exterior cleaning ( grass clearing, brushing and clearing) Nle 40 per hour
- Fetching of water: Nle 10 per Bata
- Waste collection: Nle 80 per month
- Cleaning of Snickers (Crepe) Nle 15 per snicker
- Delivery of Packages from Moriba Town to Freetown and Bo City: Price will be set after weighing of the package
Please note that special arrangements can be made for clients to have full time house helps who can do all of the above with the exception of the delivery of packages for a monthly package that will be very affordable.

Our Bruk Mi Klos program is a great help for the amazing women and youths. Our goal is to transform the program into a sustainable social employment and facilities management program that creates jobs for members of the community who are not experienced and qualified but have the willingness to learn and work.

We give them the training and logistics to work as freelance service providers using our program's platform. Our presence as a credible organization should give assurance to clients that they will have value for their money whilst the freelancer is also protected, making sure that he or she gets paid for their time and services.
