5. And other participating schools within the community
Throughout the sessions, students were engaged in purposeful discussions on prefectorial leadership, responsibility, teamwork, communication, and character development. The level of discipline, curiosity, and commitment displayed by the participants reaffirmed our belief in the potential of student leaders when given the right guidance.
At the close of the conference, the Principal of Ahmadiyya Nusrat Jahan Secondary School officially secured two copies of the book Success in Prefectorial Board Leadership on behalf of the school. This gesture reflects a strong institutional commitment to sustained leadership development among students.
As an organization, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Senior Prefect of Ahmadiyya Nusrat Jahan Secondary School, SP Excellence Boy, and his entire prefectorial team for their tireless efforts. Their dedication, coordination, and leadership were instrumental to the success of this conference, as they served diligently as hosts and local organizers in Masingbi.
We also appreciate the support of school authorities, teachers, and all partners who contributed in diverse ways to make this conference impactful.
This conference is not the end, but a significant step forward in our mission to awaken leadership consciousness and raise disciplined, responsible, and purpose-driven student leaders across Sierra Leone.
