*NEW YEAR’S MESSAGE*
Fellow COBians, fraternal greetings:
As we bade farewell to 2025 and stepped into a new year (2026) with bright possibilities and a hopeful destiny, let me take this moment to thank God for His Grace and congratulate each and everyone of us for entering into a new year of endless possibilities, prosperity and brighter future.
I am particularly gratified for having you as a valued member of the CKC and COBA communities.
Your dedication, passion, and unique contributions truly made 2025 special, and I couldn’t be more thankful to having you as a member of our great Alumni.
2025 was a year of great success despite few challenges. we’ve grown stronger, learned more, and created lasting memories together. We celebrated our 72nd anniversary in a grand style and registered our determination to move our Alumni and great school forward.
We raised one of the highest contributions in our drive to develop our school. Pledges in cash and kind were huge, new branches emerged and the old ones getting more energized.
At our AGM, you gifted us with another opportunity to serve you for another term. We are grateful for the opportunity and promised to do better.
This is the COBA we all strive towards. Let us keep on keeping on.
2025 has however not been all glorious. There has been individual challenges within our memberhip . Our school and the Alumni community and individuals accounted some great loss, leaving some with devastation and brokenness.
As we mourn those terrible moments, let us remember the worth of our lives and hold firm to faith for better days ahead.
As we move into the new year, I am excited about the endless opportunities ahead and the continued success we will achieve as a community.
Your involvement in the affairs of our school and COBA has not only enriched our journey but has also made this family extraordinary.
I look forward to another year of collaboration, innovation, and mutual growth, with your unwavering support in driving us towards new heights.
Wishing you a year of endless possibilities, blissful prosperity, and joyful times ahead. May it be filled with great moments and endless opportunities.
